aubrey loves her ann.

well we had sunshine TWO days in a row.

someone pinch me....i must be dreaming.

babysat this morning and had a mini photo shoot with aubrey.

i tell ya, she is getting more and more used to me.

when i was first with her, she would make me hold her the whole time i was there.  

you see, she wasn't sure if she liked that mama wasn't holding her.

so i had to walk around with her to keep her occupied.

then, after a bit she was ready for her mama.

well today! i was at the house when everyone was at aidan's baseball game.

{which he did AWESOME in.  scored the winning run. thatta boy!}

aubrey was sleeping and when she got up, i obviously went and got her.

and let me tell you--she is so chill with me now!

i used to not be able to put her down....but today she just sat on the couch with me {as i finished my movie 'hitch'....great movie.  watch it if you haven't.}

we played and she was loving it.

she has only ever let rachel put her down like that {even brandon sometimes can't.}

i thought this day would never come--big milestone, peeps!

i am one proud nanny!

then i laid out and read some books and did my devotional.

i can't wait to be tan this summer, because i am so white right now.

{i have a tiny bit of color from FL still, but it's not much.}

then i babysat for a family who has never left their child with anyone 

{the child is 1.5 years old.  they lost their first child and are protective, understandably so!}

i feel it is such a privilege and honor to be left with her.

i was a bit nervous cause i feel a lot was at stake!

but gracie did great and we had a good time.
she didn't fuss one bit!
and they asked for me to come back asap--i guess that's a good sign.
i forgot how hard it can be to entertain a 19 month old when they're an only child.
