sweet summertime.

you know its summer when you have a water balloon fight.

it's a little blurry but here rory is running with a balloon.

i forgot how long it takes to blow up water balloons.

i feel i did it for hours and they lasted like 10 minutes.  jeeze.

oh and today, rachel taught aidan how to hit a tennis ball off the garage doors {which have windows...}.
so he is hitting the tennis ball and all the sudden we hear glass shattering.
and can i be honest?  i nearly died laughing.
mainly because rachel told him to. and then FREAKED out when he did.
plus, his reaction was priceless.
he totally knew it was BAD. but it was an accident. and i'm learning that you can't get mad at kids for accidents. they're learning here.
rachel was PISSED when aidan was laughing so i had to keep it in.  im surprised i did.

today was a pretty good day and it was such beautiful weather.

and this is how i find aubrey when she wakes up 

it's super bad quality but it was dark and this was my phone.

it's like she is in jail or something!  so naturally i take a picture. how precious.

then, headed to the johnson's home group.

it was about idolatry and it was good.

it went really long but thats ok :]

my mom got a bit mad at me today cause hse feels i am hogging her car.

she doesn't like that i am getting super involved with church and that involves taking her car.

please pray for guidance as to what i do.

i obviously want to honor her but i also want to be involved {which includes taking her car.}

i just don't want to step on her toes, since she is my mama.

but shouldn't she want her daughter being involved at church??

so lots of prayers tonight about what to do.

i'm so tired and need to go to bed.

tomorrow is my first day with all 3 kids {since school is out}.

oh i'm so not ready for this!
